We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, provide a quote or consultation, and communicate with you about your project. We do not use your information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for advertising.
Data storage and security
Inquiry submissions are stored in a secure database hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL). Access is restricted to authorized Bear Geotechnical staff only. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
Data retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to manage ongoing project relationships. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@beargeotech.com.
Cookies & consent
We do not run any analytics or set any non-essential storage until you give consent through our cookie banner. When you first visit, you can choose to accept or reject analytics — and rejecting is just as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. Essential storage required for the site to function (such as remembering your consent choice) is always active.
Analytics
If you consent, this site uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (page views, referrers, device type). No personally identifiable information is collected via analytics, and analytics never runs unless you have accepted. If you reject or withdraw consent, no analytics is loaded.
